RiverCat Regatta - Shanghai, China
  Shanghai, China, March 25, 2004 – From March 1-3, 2004 YSI China hosted the
1st Annual RiverCat Regatta for users [group
photo] in Shanghai.
Eight hydrology survey administrations from across China participated in
classroom training on latest hydrology techniques, received the Chinese version
of our RiverSurveyor 4.0 software, and entered a measurement competition [graph]
on a nearby, tidally-influenced river. The main goal of the event was to provide technical advice on
best practices for discharge measurements.
  Presentations

[right] was provided by Steven Chen, James Chen, Richard Pan, and Mark Tepper of YSI China
[below].
Based on the positive feedback we received, plans are now underway to host an Advanced RiverCat Training Class
