Side-Looking
A 2D side-looking version of the Argonaut intended for side-looking
current or flow measurement operations
from bridge piers or pilings. It measures remotely, avoiding flow interference from the
structure. Can be used to calculate flow/discharge in rivers. Both
close-range and long-range systems are available. A third,
vertical beam is standard for level measurements. An optional external LCD
data display (right) is also available.

Shallow Water
Ideal for monitoring flows in small channels from 1 to 16 ft
(0.3-5 m) deep, the Argonaut-SW offers advanced Doppler performance for sites previously thought impossible to measure.
Typically mounted on
the bottom of a channel, stream, or pipe, the SW measures water level and
vertically-integrated velocity, making it ideal for sites with reversing or
stratified flow conditions. An optional external LCD data display (right)

Current Profiler
A 3D low-profile version of the Argonaut with adjustable sampling volume size
and location. The integrated pressure sensor allows a bottom-mounted Argonaut-XR to
automatically adjust the position of the sampling volume with changing tide level or river
stage.

Argonaut-ADV is the ultimate instrument for shallow water flow monitoring. Ideal for
low-flow applications in shallow streams, marshes, lakes, or water treatment facilities,
the Argonaut-ADV's advanced Doppler technology measures single-point velocities away from
flow obstructions. All signal processing is done internally allowing the Argonaut-ADV to
be readily integrated with a wide range of additional sensors.
